How does the AI preview work?
Upload a front-camera selfie and choose a style — your personalised preview appears instantly on this page. Our concierge reviews and refines every look before confirming your booking, so the final result matches your vision. Your photo is used solely for your preview and is never shared or published.
What's included in the price?
Everything: the stylist's time, all hair materials and extensions, travel to your location, and end-to-end coordination. The quote you see is the price you pay.
How does the deposit work?
A 30% deposit secures your appointment. The remaining balance is paid on the day, before the session begins. If you need to reschedule, we're flexible with 24 hours' notice.
How long do braids take?
It depends on the style. Cornrows take around 2 hours, while full box braids or goddess braids can take 5–6 hours. Choose the express 2-stylist option to cut the time nearly in half.
Do you service my area in Bali?
We cover all major areas: Canggu, Seminyak, Uluwatu, Ubud, Sanur, Nusa Dua and surrounding neighborhoods. Travel is factored into your quote automatically.
Can I book for a group or event?
Yes — girls' trips, weddings, content shoots, retreats. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll coordinate multiple stylists for your group.
What hair do you use?
We use premium synthetic and human-blend extensions sourced for durability in Bali's climate. Specific brands and textures are available on request.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Reschedule free with 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with 24+ hours' notice receive a full deposit refund. Same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit due to stylist scheduling. Contact us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out quickly.
How do I pay?
After your booking is confirmed, we send a secure payment link via WhatsApp for your 30% deposit. The remaining balance is paid on the day — cash, bank transfer, or card accepted.
How long do braids last in Bali's climate?
Most styles last 2–6 weeks depending on the look and your activity level. We provide aftercare tips at your appointment so your braids hold up through surf, pools and humidity.
